We know that dining is more than a meal. Dining is a shared social experience where relationships are formed, plans are made, and joy is found. Residents are invited to gather in our onsite restaurant for three scratch-made seasonal meals prepared with fresh ingredients. Our bistro and hospitality bar serves low-acid trücup coffee and snacks throughout the day, and we also have a private dining room to celebrate life’s milestones with friends and family.

We do well-being really well. Through PrimeFit Wellness, our signature health, and wellness program, we address social, emotional, and mental health, bringing well-being and living well to life. It’s our standard operating procedure that’s far from standard. We offer spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes with fully equipped kitchens, granite countertops, washers and dryers, walk-in closets, individually controlled heating, and built-in emergency communication systems. Select apartments feature patios.
