“The level of care [our parents] are receiving on an hourly and daily basis is top-notch and the caregivers genuinely really care. They have taken a real interest in getting to know my parents and have made my parents feel very at home and safe. My parents tell us numerous times that this is such a beautiful place and they are enjoying it very much. She loves the daily surprises like the root beer floats, the golf game, the mobile happy hour, the parade down the hallways, etc. She comments that the staff is always so pleasant and kind and they all participate at different times. She also loves the assigned exercise times and online computer workouts. I was particularly impressed that you went and picked up her prescription for her. She also commented on how your staff does things like cleaning railing and door handles. You guys are doing a great job. I don’t think my mother could be in better hands.
