Russellville Park senior living is proud to have a positive impact on the larger Portland, OR community. By joining the global Pay It Forward effort, Russellville Park staff and residents hope to propel a movement of kindness in the greater Portland area.

Spreading Kindness One Cup at a Time

Pay It Forward is a global initiative where random acts of kindness are freely given while asking the recipient to ‘pay it forward’ and complete another act of kindness for someone else. Recently, Russellville Park partnered with Bipartisan Cafe, a local coffee shop, to gift each customer a free cup of coffee for three hours – all in the spirit of kindness. All that was asked for in return was that they do something nice for a stranger.

At Russellville Park, we believe that small acts of kindness can change a person’s entire day. We are proud to host this event, letting others know we care about them, especially during this time of increased isolation and stress.
