Residents and staff at Fairwinds – River’s Edge senior living recently received the COVID-19 vaccination. Take a closer look at how senior living communities, like Fairwinds – River’s Edge, are helping residents regain a sense of normalcy and stay socially engaged and socially distanced.

Senior Living Residents Receive COVID-19 Vaccine

On January 28, 2021, Fairwinds – River’s Edge hosted their first vaccination clinic. Residents and staff gathered while wearing masks and staying socially distant to take part in this historic moment.

Fairwinds – River’s Edge will host a second clinic for residents to receive the second and final dose of the vaccine in March. Throughout the pandemic, residents at Fairwinds – River’s Edge enjoyed access to the medical services they needed while also engaging in fun and dynamic social events that exceeded CDC health protocols.

Residents celebrated the holidays with a Parade of Lights, hosted a food drive for the local area, and celebrated resident milestones. At Fairwinds – River’s Edge the Five-Star Fun never stopped.
