For over 30 years, Great Places to Work has surveyed more than 100 million employees to define what defines a great workplace. They have found that great places to work must have trust in their employees, pride in their jobs, ad enjoyable co-workers. We are proud to be named among the best places to work!

In collaboration with Activated Insights, Great Places to Work conducted an exhaustive survey encompassing 100% of our dedicated employees across all our communities. The evaluation scrutinized 60 facets of our team members’ work experience. They found what we’ve known: Leisure Care is an exceptional place to work.

Through their research, they found

• 83% of Leisure Care employees said it was a great place to work
• 89% felt like they were made to feel welcome when they joined the company
• 87% felt like their work made a difference
• 88% felt their work had special meaning
• 89% of employees said people celebrated special events
• 88% said they felt good about the ways they contribute to the community.
