A consumer or their authorized agent may opt out of our processing of the consumer’s personal data or exercise their other rights by contacting us via the means identified in our online Privacy Policy or by completing this opt-out request. If we decide not to act on a request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us as indicated in the Privacy Policy or using the Oregon Privacy Rights Request form and indicating “Right to Appeal.”
