We offer spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom independent living apartments with granite countertops, fireplaces, washers and dryers, individually controlled heating and air-conditioning units, and built-in emergency communication systems. Some communities offer a full continuum of care so that seniors can live independently and then receive assisted living services if needs change over time.
Generally, Medicare insurance and Medicaid insurance do not cover the monthly costs of independent living communities because there are no care services provided in these types of senior living communities.
