“Each and every one of the staff members is so professional, kind, considerate, and loving to each and every resident. They treat each resident like they are the only resident in the building. They offer so many amenities for the residents and there is always something going on for everyone to enjoy. Also, the dining room is so elegant and the food is absolutely delicious. I know this because I eat there frequently I could not be happier that my husband and I chose Bella Villaggio and he tells me so often how happy he is that he lives there. He was welcomed by many, helping him to check in, bringing carts out to his car to carry his personals to his room, making him feel comfortable and organizing his first experience as a resident of BV. His internet, phone, and cable were immediately explained and connected, giving him the relief that he was still connected to his family and media for comfort. All were so patient and gentle towards him, he said: ‘it was as though I was a celebrity’.
