Our Commitment in Action: Diversity Day Job Fairs
This summer, our team actively participated in two Diversity Day Job Fairs—one on July 25th in Seattle and another on August 21st in Portland. These events were a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with talented individuals from various backgrounds, each bringing unique perspectives and experiences to the table.
We were proud to have Vani Franco from Fairwinds – Brittany Park, Chad Howard from Woodland Terrace, and Thomas Nguyen from our Home Office representing Leisure Care in Seattle. At the Portland event, we had Destiny Wigner from Canfield Place, Amy Stoddard from The Ackerly at Reed’s Crossing, and Melissa Spacey from the Home Office. They engaged with potential candidates, sharing insights about our company’s culture and the importance we place on creating an environment where everyone feels they belong and are valued for their individuality.
