At Fairwinds Spokane, our residents share more than just their location. They’re a true community united by shared passions and experiences. And, for some of our residents, that passion comes alive every basketball season as they rally behind the Gonzaga Women’s Basketball team. Residents Howie and Mickey, along with Flora, are shining examples of true fans who bring the spirit of the game to life within our community.
Our community boasts a strong contingent of Gonzaga fans, united in their love for the game and support for both the Men’s and Women’s teams. The camaraderie among residents during basketball season is palpable, fostering a sense of unity and belonging. For the past 7 years, Howie & Mickey have held season tickets for Gonzaga Women’s Basketball, attending games with their daughter by their side. Similarly, Flora has been a dedicated season ticket holder for 10 years, taking in the excitement of each game alongside her daughter and friends. Together, they bring enthusiasm and fun to our community, helping all our residents join in the excitement of cheering on the Lady Zags!
We are excited to watch both Men and Women Gonzaga teams in March Madness: As March Madness approaches, anticipation runs high at Fairwinds Spokane.
