In collaboration with Activated Insights, Great Places to Work conducted an exhaustive survey encompassing 100% of our dedicated employees across all our communities. The evaluation scrutinized 60 facets of our team members’ work experience. They found what we’ve known: Leisure Care is an exceptional place to work.

Leisure Care employee surveys revealed the following:

• 87% of employees said people celebrated special events.
• 86% felt like they were made to feel welcome when they joined the company.
• 85% of employees feel good about how they contribute to the community.
• 85% of employees feel a sense of pride in their work.
• 83% felt like their work made a difference.
• 80% of employees are proud to say they work for Leisure Care.
