Every February, Leisure Care communities across the country come together to exercise and raise funds for philanthropic organizations. Learn more about the February Fitness Frenzy at Hawthorne Court independent living and assisted living in Kennewick, WA.

February Fitness Frenzy at Hawthorne Court

From February 1 – February 28, 2021, residents and staff at Hawthorne Court will raise money by getting at least 30 minutes of exercise each day, inside and outside the community. With activities including walking, swimming, dancing, biking, Wii Bowling, Yoga, Personal Training, and more, there is something for everyone to do to make a difference.

Residents and staff are taking pledges at $0.05 per minute. The goal is for each Leisure Care community to raise at least $1,000 to benefit the One Eighty Foundation. If Hawthorne Court raises over $1,000, they send additional funds to a local charity. At Hawthorne Court, we are committed to logging 75,000 minutes of activity this month to benefit the One Eighty Foundation and the Parkinson’s Project.
