Our apartment homes are licensed for assisted living services so that residents can stay in their homes even if their care needs change over time. We offer holistic, person-centered assisted living services that are personalized to each resident. You won’t find any cookie-cutter plans here. Every resident is unique and has a unique care plan that fits their specific needs. Care plans are regularly reviewed by a team of caregivers and medical providers to ensure every resident has an appropriate level of independence and assistance.
