• Responsiveness of caregivers and team members
• Safety, respect, and sense of community

According to this year’s survey results, MacKenzie Place – Fort Collins stands out in nearly every category:

• 100% said the health and wellness staff listens and treats them with respect
• 99% said the food and beverage staff are friendly

• 95% overall staff satisfaction rating
