Fairwinds – Ivey Ranch Selected as Silver Sneakers Location

SilverSneakers is a free fitness program included with many Medicare Advantage plans. Eligible members receive access to pools, free weights, carried equipment, and group classes at thousands of participating locations nationwide. Classes are led by certified instructors with specific training on senior fitness. Instructors offer guidance on modifications, giving support in an encouraging and welcoming environment.
