A Surprise Trip to Holley Canal Falls Park

When a resident at The Village at Mill Landing suggested we take a ‘mystery trip,’ the staff decided they were up for the challenge.

On a beautiful fall morning, residents at The Village at Mill Landing boarded a bus – without a clue as to where they were going! On the bus, each resident was offered a fun fall-themed goodie bag.

After a 20-mile bus ride, our residents were thrilled to find themselves in Holley Canal Falls Park. They enjoyed the roaring falls and the sunshine in a bright blue sky.

Residents and staff spend the morning watching the powerful falls, having a mini photoshoot, and even seeing large fish being caught!
